SENSE : An Automated Home System
Introduction
Sense(fictitious) is a companion app for home automation systems. The app takes help from the various sensors integrated in the home like motion sensor, Passive infrared sensors, temperature Sensors, Humidity Sensor, LDR and time. These properly integrated in the home system will help in automation of various process in the house. The app will both control and perform certain specified tasks.

Use Scenario
Scenario of use to describe the typical experience that a user like this family will have using the product. Sweta's daughter gets up at night to pee. She wants some water to drink and goes to the kitchen. She doesn't have to fumble on the light switches as the living room has a PIR motion sensing light which detects her turns ON itself.
Sweta wakes up early and does some yoga every morning. She likes to bask in the morning sun while doing her yoga. Luckily, she has set a schedule for the curtains in the TV room from the SENSE app where she does her yoga. She also has a small potted cactus next to the window, which she likes to take care of. She now doesnt have to worry about the cactus gettng enough light or open and close the curtains everyday. As much as she likes the morning sun, she closes all the curtains in the house. Gladly, she does not need to do it by herself as she has scheduled the curtains to close by night. While, at night after dinner, her daughter likes to watch TV in the TV room. Often a times she stays late watching the TV. While Sweta is checking tweets on her phone, she decides to check on the SENSE app. She sees that the lights in the TV room are ON, which indicates that her daughter is still watching TV. She calls her back as its past her bedtime.
Ankush is tired from the day's work. While he is heading home, he sets his AC to cool his room through his phone via SENSE app. He comes home to a temperature of his liking. He decides to set a schedule on the SENSE app so the room is cooled before he is home.
